I love this app! I would like the font to be bolder. It’s easier to read for those of us who are getting older. How can I make that happen?

Hi – firstly, I love the app! Quick question tho, I am trying to list items under categories but the individual items keep going to the top & not under the category. What am I doing wrong please?
When do you expect the categories to work?

Hi, The items you cross out probably move to the bottom of the list due to your settings. Please check Settings — List — Crossed off to the end of the list (deactivate it). Now crossed off items will keep their place on the list.
what is about the developement of v 5? has further developement stopped?
I know I paid for your most excellent app after starting to use it many years ago. I’ve had to reload the app to a new phone and can’t figure out how to remove the ads. In my google store I have two of your apps…. one older than the other. Not sure how to proceed. I also get burned every time I’ve had to reset my phone as I lose my Shopping list data. How can I prevent that?

I need this app to be available for the iPhone
We appreciate your interest towards our app. However, developing an iOS version has not taken precedence over our endeavors to make long awaited improvements to our Android version. We will possibly look towards an iPhone version of the app, but it is not in the foreseeable future.
Fantastic for my old LG phone, but now have an iPhone. How about an iOS app?!

I’m trying to synchronize my list with the one on my wife’s phone. I did so months ago with one list. Now I want to add a list. I can’t recall how I did it before, and haven’t found it on your website. Can you help?
Please make sure to check the FAQ section for app-related tips and tricks. For your convenience, I’ll post the steps in here as well:
1. Open Sync Page
2. Release the list (the ‘plus sign’ icon at the top of the screen)
3. Choose the list you want to release and press the release button. The Password is optional
4. On the other device, open the link page (select the ‘link’ icon at the top of the screen).
5. Press the scan button and scan the code from the other phone. If you have set a password insert it.
Now press the connect list button ad you’re done.
Can I make a shopping list on my computer and somehow sync it to the shopping app on my phone? I see that there is sync between family phones but I would love to be able to copy products on my computer to a list and then sync it to the shopping list on my phone. I think I already said that so you get the idea. Just started using this app today and it has eliminated all the scraps of paper with my shopping needs that liter my desk and room. Thanks for this great and useful app.
We are so happy you find our app useful! Sadly the app is only available for Android platforms for the time being, so it does not work on PCs.
my phone doesn;t have voice to tect. how do i find a phone with this option.

What is the new symbol in the left column (up atop, equal sign, down arrow). Is there a way to remove the symbol?

yes you can disable the drag handle (it’s for moving your items up & down).
Settings –> Item –> Show Lines for moving

I have not been able to reliably maintain sync between my wife’s phone and mine. I have tried everything I could think of. sometimes it seems to be working others it won’t sync at all. Please help, We both love the simplicity of the app. It used to stay synced better I think.
Starting with version 5 we have worked on improving the sync servers, but a final solution will be implemented this autumn. It is expected to fix all sync-related issues coming forward. Thank you for your patience and we are glad you’ve stayed our loyal user 🙂
